Sometimes a strolling balloon artist is just what you need to entertain the crowd at your festival! I stroll from area to area, set down my bag and begin to twist....
Soon you will see a mermaid, an ice cream cone, a six foot elephant, a famous mouse or one of his friends, or a big red dog mingling with the rest of the patrons at your festival!
